Food Manufacturing Capabilities
We are proud of our versatility and welcome nearly any production challenge. In the past, we were able to manipulate our lines to create a Kosher iced cream, a product previously unknown to be within our capabilities. Our recipe capability is continuously expanding but there are some core products that we excel in. For example, when working with sauces we are exceptional at producing:

- Hot Sauces
- Frostings
- Relishes
- Preserves
- Salad Dressings
- Cooking sauces
Generally we work with glass and plastic in a wide range of shapes and sizes. However if a product has a need for a unique package we welcome the opportunity to make it work into our existing lines or finding a comparable package that will work.
Lancaster Fine Foods also has the ability to package some of these products in small, single serving portion control cups. These are becoming popular in packaged lunches or to be used as samples.
In addition to these liquid products we do also have a separate line entirely devoted to dry soups or mixes.
